Can Super Bowl MVP Von Miller and the Denver Broncos get a long-term deal done before the July 15th deadline. Von has refused to sign the 14 million dollar Franchise Tender. The only thing that seems to be holding up a new deal is guaranted money. It was reported on June 8th by ESPN's Adam Schefter that a 6 year $114.5 million dollar deal was offered, but was quickly rejected due to the $38.5 million guaranted money due in the first two years. Which breaks down to 19.4M and would receive another $20M fully guaranted early in the 2018 league season. $60 million fully graranted seems to be the magic number. Denver and Miller have a short period of time to get a deal done. Will contract talks intensify in the upcoming weeks. Stay tuned!
